Questions about the Skimmi
How does the Skimmi charge?
From the sun. It finds the sunniest spot on the pool to charge during the day and runs on stored energy at night, so it never adds to your energy bill.
Does it replace my pool robot?
No. The Skimmi cleans the surface: leaves, pollen and floating debris before they sink. A Dolphin robot cleans the floor and walls. Together they cover the whole pool.
How do I empty it?
Lift the large coarse filter basket out, even while the Skimmi is on the water, tip it out and drop it back in. It holds more than a traditional skimmer, so it needs emptying less often.
What does the app do?
The MyDolphin™ Skimmi app connects over Bluetooth to show solar charging status and battery life, set cleaning schedules, steer it manually and see real-time cleaning status.
Will it work in my pool?
